1. Introduction

Welcome to Ncollection. By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our site or services.

Ncollection ("we", "us", "our") is a womenswear boutique operating from Valley View Centre – Shop No. 5A, Nando's Block, Ezulwini, Eswatini.

2. General

We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice. Changes take effect immediately upon posting. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

3. Products & Pricing

All prices are listed in Swazi Emalangeni (E) / South African Rand (R) and include VAT where applicable. We make every effort to display accurate pricing and product information, but errors may occur. We reserve the right to correct any errors and to change or update information at any time without prior notice.

Product images are for illustration purposes only. Actual colours and finishes may vary slightly due to screen settings and manufacturing differences.

4. Orders

By placing an order, you make an offer to purchase the items in your cart. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order for any reason, including but not limited to stock unavailability, payment issues, or suspected fraud.

Order confirmation emails are automated and do not constitute acceptance of your order. Acceptance occurs when we confirm your proof of payment and update your order status to "Payment Confirmed."

5. Payment

Payment is accepted via bank transfer only (details provided at checkout). Orders are held as pending until proof of payment is uploaded and verified. We reserve the right to cancel orders that remain unpaid beyond 48 hours.

6. Collection

This is a collection-only service. All orders are collected from our boutique at Valley View Centre, Shop No. 5A, Ezulwini. You will be notified when your order is ready for collection. We are not responsible for items left uncollected beyond 30 days after notification.

7. Exchanges & Refunds

All exchanges and refunds are governed by our Exchange & Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms of Service.

8. Lay-Bys

Lay-by arrangements are offered at our discretion. A 50% non-refundable deposit is required, and the balance must be paid within 30 days. Failure to pay within this period results in forfeiture of the deposit and the item being returned to stock.

9. Rentals

Rental items are subject to separate terms provided at booking. By renting an item, you agree to those terms, including late fees and liability for damage or loss.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, images, logos, and design — is the property of Ncollection unless otherwise credited. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our prior written consent.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ncollection shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or products. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the product in question.

12. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of Eswatini. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Eswatini.
